Hello PPA Members!
We hope your midterms and your midterm studying is going well!
Here are some updates for our next meeting, which is this week.
Have you ever wondered what it’s like to take a different path to medical school? Gap Years are a very good option, but you also have the option of going to graduate school first!
Our guest for this week is Dr. Steve P. Lee, a radiology oncologist at UCLA, and he actually went to graduate school before going into medical school. Not only does he have a medical degree, he also has a PhD in Physics!
We’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Lee speak with us before, and we can certainly say that he is a very entertaining and supportive physician. So if you were interested in knowing more about how to take different paths to medical school, especially to see if it’s right for you, come to our meeting and see what Dr. Lee has to say! As always, there will be a chance for a Q&A with Dr. Lee as well as our officer board, so if you have any questions, come on by!
We hope that you come by, even if you have a busy schedule.
